Our Special Creations. Two unique dishes, conceived by Executive Chef Tarkan Tunç and Sous Chef Yaşar Kaypak. Creations that are only available for a short time and showcase what Turkish cuisine can be today.
White grouper in a pistachio crust. Served with Devrek Malayı, wild mushrooms, and pea purée, finished with a fermented beetroot and truffle sauce.
Tender, slow-cooked lamb shank on traditional keşkek, served with wild mushrooms and our homemade Mangal.

What is a Mangal ?
At a sharing dinner, several dishes are served simultaneously in the center of the table. Similar to Mezze, but as a complete dinner concept. All guests share and sample the dishes together. It is the centerpiece of the Mangal.
When is Mangal Mezze Grill open?
Mangal is open Monday through Friday Mangal 5 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, we open at noon. We close daily at 11 p.m. The kitchen is open throughout our hours of operation and serves hot meals until 10 p.m.
